Seu trabalho, caso opte por não recusá-lo, é escrever um programa que "golf" um pedaço de código fornecido no seu idioma de escolha.

Funcionalidade básica:

  • Remover espaço em branco estranho
  • Remover comentários

Funcionalidade 'avançada':

  • Combinar declarações ( int x; int y; int z;para int x, y, z;)
  • Use variações mais curtas das estruturas de controle básicas ( while(1)é substituído por for(;;))
  • Mover código i = 0; while(i < 10) { /* ... */ ++i; }para ( para for(i = 0; i < 10; ++i) { /* ... */ })
  • Etc

Acho que você precisa de alguns critérios reais para marcar envios. Isso é muito vago como é.

Eu já estava pensando em um jogador de golfe Golfscript no Golfscript para o meu blog, então certamente pensarei sobre isso. Mas concordo que você não tem um critério para selecionar um vencedor. Você pode achar útil ler a discussão sobre uma pergunta que a migimaru propôs .

Se alguém reduzir seu programa com sucesso, você estará fora. :) O vencedor é aquele que está mais tempo no topo. O tempo de envio é subtraído ou adicionado de alguma forma - eu tenho que pensar sobre isso.

Python com Python

Faz várias coisas, incluindo renomear variáveis, livrar-se de espaços em branco e comentários desnecessários e colocar o máximo possível em uma linha. Nem sempre funciona completamente com a sintaxe python mais sofisticada e continuarei atualizando com quaisquer correções.

Como funciona

Depois de remover todos os caracteres não executáveis, ele faz o seguinte. O contador de hits é definido -1no início - conta quantas operações de golfe foram realizadas cada vez que o loop externo é executado.

  1. Se o código que está sendo jogado no golfe estiver vazio, vá para a etapa 5.
  2. Leia os dois primeiros caracteres do código e remova o primeiro.
  3. Se eles são <>, ><, +-ou -+, adicione 1 ao hitsbalcão e voltar ao passo 1.
  4. Caso contrário, salve o primeiro caractere na saída e vá para a etapa 1.
  5. Se o contador de ocorrências for 0, imprima a saída e saia.
