Verificar o tráfego de rede recebido em tempo real?

Existe uma maneira de monitorar o tráfego de rede recebido em tempo real no meu servidor? De preferência em termos de * bps

Outro bom exemplo é o iftop - que mostra conexões e bps e possui alguns recursos bastante decentes.

Eu uso o iptraf, você pode configurá-lo para usar bits ou bytes.
