O ssh no cygwin funciona localmente, mas não remotamente

Estou tentando usar o cygwin sshd para conectar-se a uma VM do Windows 8. Eu instalei e parece estar funcionando bem. Localmente - ou seja, em um terminal cygwin na máquina Windows - se eu enviar ssh para localhost, ele funcionará bem. Remotamente - de outra máquina - ele falha.

O problema parece estar relacionado ao nome de usuário. O usuário é 'ingres' e é um usuário local da máquina (MASPA05-VM01). No entanto, a máquina faz parte de um domínio e, portanto, a entrada / etc / password se parece com:

    MASPA05-VM01+ingres:*:...

Quando ssh localmente, ele solicita minha senha e eu a digito e funciona. Se eu fizer isso remotamente como apenas 'ingres', ou seja, ssh ingres @ maspa05-vm01, ele solicitará uma senha, mas a rejeitará. Se eu usar o nome de usuário completo conforme / etc / passwd (ssh MASPA05-VM01 + ingres @ maspa05-vm01), ele será desconectado imediatamente.

Eu tentei usar uma chave pública, mas isso tem o mesmo problema. Alguém pode sugerir um caminho a seguir?

O que implica que o processo sshd está sem permissões. No entanto, está sendo executado como a conta SYSTEM.

OK, então o erro de seteuid me colocou no caminho certo. Eu tentei executar o ssh-host-config algumas vezes para conseguir recriar o usuário necessário, mas não o fez. Por fim, removi o serviço (cygrunsrv --remove sshd) e o executei novamente. Em seguida, executei novamente o ssh-host-config e ele criou o usuário. Embora solicite uma senha, eu tive que definir a senha no Gerenciamento do Computador antes que o serviço fosse iniciado.

Enfim, agora funciona.
