Como restaurar o windows 7 font tahoma8.reg

Eu substituí o tema básico para o Windows 7 http://cryer.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Basic-Black-166606584 mas depois que eu uso este registro eu não gosto, estou muito confuso ..
