por que a autenticação por chave não funciona para o openssh?

Eu estou trabalhando na criação de um cluster de hadoop, conforme o seguinte tutorial: http://www.michael-noll.com/tutorials/running-hadoop-on-ubuntu-linux-single-node-cluster/#sun-java -6

Meu problema surge quando tento configurar as chaves ssh. Eu sigo o tutorial gerando uma chave usando o ssh-keygen, depois copio a chave para authorized_keys. Eu tentei copiar a chave usando cat, como é sugerido, e também usando

cp id_rsa.pub authorized_keys

e

ssh-copy-id -i $HOME/.ssh/id_rsa.pub localhost

Nenhuma dessas tentativas funciona. Eu sempre recebo a seguinte saída:

Isso levou meu projeto a uma parada brusca. Qualquer ajuda seria muito apreciada.


O que é o $ SSH_AUTH_SOCK definido como? Será que ssh-add -la sua lista de chave? Não ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsacorrigir o problema?

Tente também verificar as permissões para o seu ~/.ssh/*. Muitas vezes causa problemas semelhantes.

EDIT Isso só resolveu meu problema temporariamente. depois de um curto período, as conexões começaram a falhar novamente.

Usando ssh-copy-id, certifique-se de incluir o nome do usuário para o qual você está copiando o id:

ssh-copy-id -i $HOME/.ssh/id_rsa.pub user@localhost

Seu agente ssh está bem?

Tente o seguinte:

kill $SSH_AGENT_PID
eval `ssh-agent`
ssh-add

Note que você deve ajustar o ssh-add ao usuário certo. Estou assumindo que é o atual. Se as chaves geradas forem válidas, isso deve colocá-las na lista autorizada e o servidor deve parar de solicitar senhas. Só para mencionar, usei apenas o método ssh + cat. O ssh-copy-id de alguma forma bagunça os arquivos de autenticação.
