Instalando o Visual Studio sem reiniciar [duplicado]

Gostaria de instalar o Visual Studio (edição comunitária) em um servidor usado por outras pessoas. A instalação requer uma reinicialização para concluir o processo. Existe alguma maneira de concluir as etapas necessárias manualmente sem reiniciar o servidor?

A instalação silenciosa do Visual Studio é mais difícil do que deveria ser. Em um Win2008R2, você precisará instalar o .Net 4.5 separadamente antes de executar o instalador do visual studio.

Nos 2008R2 e 2012, você também precisará do AdminFile personalizado que desativa muitas das opções opcionais, como SQL e Office Tools. O .NET 4.5.2 normalmente é o culpado pela reinicialização. A sua resposta apenas removeu a partir da imagem
