Soluções que tentei:
compizconfig-settings-manager Força redesenhar tela cheia (troca de buffer) na repintagem
Atualizando /etc/X11/xorg.conf para adicionar (opção "FlatPanelProperties" "Dithering = Disabled")
Habilite o buffer triplo no xorg.conf
Usando nvidia-settings para habilitar Sync to Vblank, Allow Inverter, Use Conformant Texture Clamping
Use o KDE e o GNOME
