Como abro o Dolphin em uma determinada pasta do terminal?

Gostaria de adicionar um ícone inicial à minha barra de tarefas que é executado, dolphinmas que inicia inicialmente em uma pasta que gostaria de especificar

o Dolphin Handbook não explica isso.

Abrindo o diretório com o gerenciador de arquivos padrão:
