não consigo instalar o libpq-dev no ubuntu 14.04

Não consigo instalar o libpq-dev para o postgresql, tentei

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

e saída

Problema resolvido!

Resolvi isso com remove libpq5:

sudo apt-get remove libpq5
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

Tão simples! FYI - eu tinha que sudo apt-get updateprimeiro porque eu não tenho as últimas fontes (em execução na imagem do DigitalOcean Ubuntu 14.04, que é provavelmente um pouco velho)

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get remove libpq5
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev
