RHEL 6.4 e OpenSSL 1.0.1 - Dependência ausente .. mas não é?

Só porque você tem as bibliotecas reais instaladas não significa que a dependência foi satisfeita. Esse é um dos problemas com tantos repositórios diferentes - há momentos em que as dependências entre os repositórios são difíceis, se não impossíveis, de corrigir. Para começar, no seu caso, eu faria um yum whatprovides */libcrypto.so.10e depois veria se esse pacote está instalado. Provavelmente não é, de acordo com o banco de dados RPM. Você instalou esse pacote através de um ./configure; make; make install? Em caso afirmativo, fazer um simples yum installcontra o que o yum whatprovidesretornado deve resolver esse problema para você.

Tenho certeza de que o pacote IUS não fornece o correto providenesse caso. Ele fornece a biblioteca correta, mas isso não é o mesmo no que diz respeito ao RPM. O comando que dei especificamente pergunta sobre o arquivo da biblioteca, não o fornecimento real. O ebst que posso sugerir é tentar encontrar o opensslpacote do remi repo e substituir o pacote IUS por ele ou usar o RHEL repo básico para todos os seus pacotes openssle php-*.

Às vezes, o problema de instalação anterior (tentativas) ou desinstalações com falha permanece por aí e interfere. Execute ae package-cleanup --cleandupesverifique a página de manual do programa para outras opções.

Não use repositórios de terceiros (exceto EPEL ou SC). Se o fizer, leve em consideração o custo de lidar com possíveis discrepâncias, pacotes extra-oficiais substituindo a distribuição - fornece os e vários outros problemas.

Tente instalar o openssl e o openssl-libs simultaneamente com o seguinte comando para RHEL7 ou CentOS 7 (ajuste o pacote conforme sua variante do sistema operacional):

sudo yum install http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/openssl-1.0.2k-8.el7.x86_64.rpm http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/Packages/openssl-libs-1.0.2k-8.el7.x86_64.rpm

Como o openssl e o openssl-libs requerem um ao outro, pois as dependências e a execução sem o sudo podem surgir problemas de conflito com a versão anterior.
