Eu tenho um grande arquivo (um banco de dados de produtos químicos), e eu preciso para exibir apenas os registros de cabeçalho, que são definidos como linhas que não começam com: ATOM, CONNECT, HETATM, TER, ou END. Bem, seria greP -wv ATOM 4HKD exibir as linhas sem átomo, depois grep -wv TER 4HKD para exibir as linhas sem ter. E etc para o outro padrão, por exemplo, conectar. Mas o mistério é como você o torna um cabeçalho. Ou está removendo-os do arquivo o suficiente. Um arquivo ubuntu x.

Seu comentário é a abordagem correta; se você precisar usar grep, provavelmente deve usar -v. Então você só precisa corresponder a todas as linhas que começam com as palavras-chave mencionadas.

$ grep -Ev '^(ATOM|CONECT|HETATM|TER|END)' /path/to/your/file

-Eé usar expressões regulares estendidas. ^corresponde ao início da linha e (a|b|c)significa " aou bou c". Eu suspeito que " CONNECT" na sua pergunta foi um erro de digitação, pois não aparece no arquivo, então mudei para CONECTaqui
